Put Jesus at the Center, Not Sin

This post is in response to questions I was asked relating to my post from yesterday and I thought it would futher help you guys understand what am driving at.

Let's go back to the beginning. Genesis we would say, refers to beginnings in the bible.
It started with Adam eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and suddenly he and eve realises/becomes conscious, that they where naked, why? Because they ate of the tree that opens their eye and make them know what's good and what's bad. God never wanted that, so he placed an angel with a flaming sword in front of the garden with plans to totally rectify the situation much later by sending Jesus.
Satan saw a means to bring sin into the world and he took it using eve. Today Satan uses the same trick, God's own people, eve-esque believers, to keep the consciousness of sin in the world. Now you know there was sin in the world before Adam actually did take it upon himself to make it so reflective on man. "Thru one man, 'Sin' or better put 'the knowledge of sin' came into the world. Man was now born a sinner because of Adam involuntary.
Now, let's assume our loving daddy God didn't send Jesus, but left us in that horrible, impossible situation where we had to live apart from sin by keeping every single law, in order to be righteous, every single man after Adam would be mince meat by now.
The law is good, very good infact, but its no longer given to me to keep, not anymore.
Romans 3:20 says:
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

James 2:10 also says:
For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one {point,} he has become guilty of all.

When you keep insisting on the law that's when you know what Sin is, the knowledge of Sin creeps, putting you in a place where you have to work hopelessly to earn righteousness. Jesus had this to say to the pharisees in John 9:40-41

"Some Pharisees who were with him
heard him say this and asked “What? Are we blind too?” Jesus said, “If you were blind, you
would not be guilty of sin; but now
that you claim you can see, your guilt remains."

Isn't it clear that God doesn't want us to know what sin is? You knowing what Sin is firstly is because the law said to you "hey man, that is SIN, don't!" But where you do not have a law to tell you "don't", sin is absent. There's a popular saying "where there is no law, there is no sin. God prefers it that way".
So how then do we go about serving God rightly? Preach "the love" of Christ to all men.
To those who are not yet believers in Christ, tell them they are in sin, not because of what you see them do, but because they came into the world as sinners, but now they can be free from that involuntary title by believing and confessing that Jesus is lord. You don't need to wait till you see them sob. It's not important. Like Joseph Prince said, a wonderful salvation message can be going on at the pulpit and someone can be experiencing a mind change with no physical emotions whatsoever. Crying and sobbing most times are just religious antics. God doesn't need that. If its genuine though, no problem.
Once the mind is changed and they believe in their hearts that God loves them passionately, the good stuffs will start flowing out. Even when you do not see the good stuff as defined by you or as you might want to show me in the bible, the fact is, they have confessed Christ as their lord and are still saved. Stop telling believers they are in sin, when God has called them righteous. It only breeds fear of condemnation, something they are freed from. Besides it defeats the purpose of perfect love. 1John 4:8  "There is no fear in love. But perfect love
drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."

If they do something you feel is wrong (see I said wrong, not sin), that maybe directly affects you or affects their relationship with man in general, correct them, but what you should not be telling them is, they have sinned, see what and what the bible said about what you just did, because then, you bring up the knowledge of sin by showing them laws and of course you have let the devil use you as his instrument to spread sin again just like Eve.
Remember I stressed earlier that THRU THE LAW IS THE KNOWLEDGE OF SIN, i'll also add that, 1cor 15:58 said THE STRENGTH OF SIN IS THE LAW, so why do we as believers in Christ keep insisting on strengthing the law by reminding believers that they are sinners when they are not?
It's devilish.
So what did our loving father do to help us out? He sent Jesus Christ, the one who cannot sin and has never sinned to bring us back to the days before Adam sinned. But then, the sinner must be purnished, they cannot go unpurnished. So Jesus took upon himself the sins of the whole world, so that we can be free, he was forsaken so we would not be forsaken. God turned his back on his "beloved son" on the cross all for our sakes.

We read Rom 3:23, "for all have sinned and fall short of
the glory of God," and most Christians are filled with fear, when we are meant to be excited. Why is that? Reason is they forget to read verse 22 and that after verse 23 there is a comma before verse 24, which means its a sentence and it continues into the next verse that reads "and all are justified FREELY by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus".
For all have sinned, how did all sin? Romans 5:12 tells us how "Therefore, just as sin entered the
world through one man, and death
through sin, and in this way death
came to all people, because all sinned ". Through Adam.

But now all are justified FREELY by his GRACE through whom? The second Adam - Jesus!
What we do or did, or have been doing, didn't make us sinners, but we were sinners anyway because Adam was, so also, what we do or did, or have been doing, didn't make us righteous, but we've been made righteous because of Christ and his obedience to the cross. Lastly, believers seem to automatically convert their dislike for something or actions into sin. Your distaste for stuffs does not make those things sin.
A female minister I respect so much from South Africa, her hussy a great great man of God who is now dead has children who operate in the spirit just like their dad, miracles, healing and stuff. Guess what they also loved, Tatoos!  I heard her say this, "personally I do not love tatoos and earrings on guys, but my children love it, I can't go around telling them its a sin, just coz I don't love it."
Their father died, the eldest son became the pastor, performing miracles and wonders, but after watching him for a while, I noticed he had become uneasy with all the tatoos tingy. He began covering it up with his dressing, suits, buttoned up shirt and all. If that was the case, it was personal, not because he felt all the while he had been sinning.
Our new rule set should be whatever the spirit tells us. If he specifically tells you, "stop doing tatoos, among any other things, you must stop."
I think I've said enough, maybe even too much...

Today In Church and Reasons For Celebrating Christmas

It makes me sooo sad when I see believers put themselves in a place where they must EARN God's favour, mercy or be doomed. Same favour that was received freely since they believed?
They are clear examples of the pharisees who they condemn and preach about everyday in church, only difference is that they believe in Jesus Christ, and in truth, that is all you need, but no, they must help God.
Of what use is it sef, believing in Jesus, when you can save yourself and become righteous in the sight of God by your deeds.
See now, God was over zealous in sending his son to die for our sins, something we could achieve on our own. Ofcz, I do not believe that one bit, but I feel that is what our modern day pharisees should be saying to themselves.
All I could do in church today was shake my head, put my face down and giggle at the thick show of self righteousness. It was laughable.
I wouldn't want to go into details of all that was said, but it was a Q n A session during Sunday school. The Sunday school teacher, sounding very educated, with well spoken English and all, kept conflicting herself, and of course the audience.
They could not find a common ground. I knew the right answer to their pushing back and forth, I could have silenced them all with it and probably be sent out of the church or be asked to stay back for deliverance or some brain washing of some sort to send me back to their state of bondage, where I formerly was. The common ground here was Jesus, simply Jesus, no thing more!
After dramatically raising and dropping my hand severally to answer their questions and just frigging shut everyone up for good, I had to scream at my loudest "why do you guys believe in Jesus anyway?" There was an unbearing silence for about 30 seconds while I stood fuming and watching their faces, each one.
But of course I didn't scream, lol, I craved to though. It would have been a clear show of my unrighteousness and unholiness in the presence of God, as defined by them. As if the presence of God is more in the church than it is in my house where I scream all day long if am in crazy mode. Oh! I hear someone say its more in church. Well you really need some spiritual reorientation while I need a pen fast. With no one sitting in the chair closest to me, I looked behind me to beg for one, and Oh My "craft filled" God, I saw an angel - the gloooriest of ladies - she had to be an angel, no she wasn't, and you'll soon find out why. Anyway I requested for a pen, twisting my voice to sound so unatural but beautiful all the same, I mean it had to be, I was talking with an angel, hello!
Getting the pen, I wrote these down

1:"Its so easy to understand and not contend or have conflicting opinions with the bible, from old to new, if the basis of your belief in God is through his love for us, by Jesus"

2: "Christians be limiting themselves, thereby limiting the eventuality of the sacrifice of Christ on the cross for us, by saying they do not have a blank check (special Grace) like God gave Solomon. They be praying for that Grace
That prayer gets to heaven and God is confused (he can n'er be) and he be like, I thought I gave ya'll everything, when I gave my son. Ya'll tryna wreck me of what I don't even have or what?

3: "I find it hard to agree with probably about 80% of things preached in most local churches today"

Done with that, then the bombshell!

"The new testament did not change anything about or in the old testament",

says an elderly man, father of the angel sitting behind me as I later found out, a man who prides himself in all things selfrighteous. It sounded so spiritual, everyone believed him, save me. WHAAAAT?!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! This level of "modern pharisee(ism)?" I was almost shouting out, muttering uncountable number of NOs under my breathe, shaking my head but soon felt like an agama lizard, so I stopped.
Fun enough for me tho, he said that in response to the teacher's answer to a question from the audience, which for someone who advocates strict adherence to the law, felt to me like conveniently sidestepping the law when you are uncomfortable with it.
This is the whole essence of God sending Jesus, in Hebrews 8:8-12

8 But God himself found fault with the old one when he said: "The day will
come, says the Lord, when I will make
a new covenant with the people of
Israel and Judah. 9 This covenant will
not be like the one I made with their
ancestors when I took them by the
hand and led them out of the land of
Egypt. They did not remain faithful to
my covenant, so I turned my back on
them, says the Lord. 10 But this is
the new covenant I will make with the
people of Israel on that day, says the
Lord: I will put my laws in their minds
so they will understand them, and I
will write them on their hearts so they
will obey them. I will be their God, and
they will be my people. 11 And they
will not need to teach their neighbors,
nor will they need to teach their
family, saying, 'You should know the
Lord.' For everyone, from the least to
the greatest, will already know me.
12 And I will forgive their
wrongdoings, and I will never again
remember their sins."

Now as a believer, you do not have to keep second guessing your deeds.
We are against sin, we say that all the time, its hurts your relationship with men. With God, all you need do is believe and confess to the kingship and lordship of Jesus Christ, you do not need to change nothing, he will do the change, you can't go and be helping God, No!
If you find yourself in -whatever you have defined- as SIN, declare, no, remind yourself that you are righteous through the blood of Jesus! Gradually as you so desire, you would see that sin fall off. It's by his Grace, by his blood, not your righteous works.
Check out the most important men from the old testament to the new testament, Abraham, Joseph, David and the list goes on, what righteous works were done by them before they were chosen of God? Moses for example, lived outside of the law which he so vigorously advocated. Joseph had no law or prophet to tell him it was wrong to lay with someone else's wife, he came to that conclusion on his own through understanding, I mean, his brother slept with his father's wife, and the father didn't even show a sign of anger till his death where he caused him. Abraham, did absolutely nothing, infact he lied that Sarah was his sister to a king, and in that lie, God still threatened the king. I can't still find the passage where he scolded Abraham for lying though. Or maybe the all knowing God did not know he lied? Of course not. Don't go about defining Sin to people. You do not know what SIN is. Live your lives for God, its that easy. Serving God is exciting when its only through Faith(believe). Believe on the finished (fulfilling the law) work of Christ on the cross. Leave the work of recreation to him.  Lemme excite you. The sinner must be judged and purnished.  Romans 5:17-19

"For if by one man's offence death
reigned by one; much more they which
receive abundance of grace and of the
gift of righteousness shall reign in life
by one, Jesus Christ.)
Therefore as by the offence of one
judgment came upon all men to
condemnation; even so by the
righteousness of one the free gift came
upon all men unto justification of life.
For as by one man's disobedience
many were made sinners, so by the
obedience of one shall many be made
righteous. "

God in all his love for us, sent his own son in human form to take man's place. He became sin that knew no sin. In our place he was judged and purnished, so that we are set free. The freedom from sin, judgement and purnishment, the blessings of a righteous man, the power to be like him, to live like kings in this world, all these, he brought to us. That's why we celebrate Christmas
Finally as Joseph Prince would say:
"God is not interested in character/behavior modification, he wants a life transformation."
